My aim is to give you a fun, immersive sensory experience that helps you create environments where you can genuinely thrive.

No expertise required—just curiosity and an openness to transforming how you think about the spaces you inhabit. I'll provide everything else!!

2025 workshops programme

Sensory Design for Healthier Living

Diving into the fundamental connections between our senses and our living spaces, we will look at how thoughtful, conscious design choices can significantly impact physical and mental wellbeing.

In this course, we will take a brief tour around our amazing body and senses and explore the intrinsic connection between people, places and wellbeing. We will dive into colour, texture, scents and more while looking at inclusive sensory design principles. By the end of the workshop, you will have put together a design concept for a space of your choice and walk away with a clear roadmap to implement your new scheme.

Cost: £45.00 per person, inclusive of all materials, tea, coffee and refreshments. You will get access to an extensive library of materials but do feel free to bring your own colour cards, fabric samples or any other inspiring item for your specific scheme.
