services DETAIL AND PRICING

• Single Viewing: £30.00 (per viewing hour)

• Half-Day package: £110.00 (up to 4-viewing hours)

• Full-Day package: £175.00 (up to 7-viewing hours)

• Pre-visit Property Presentation (if required): 30 to 45-min. prior to the viewing, depending on the size of the property. For a 2 to 3-bed property, add:

  • £15.00 to the Single Viewing rate.

  • £60.00 to the Half-Day package.

  • £105.00 to the Full-Day package.

• Guided Virtual Viewing Service: I provide detailed sensory commentary on virtual property tours, helping buyers connect with spaces even from a distance.
